Pre-Orders:

Returns Policy:
If the product is damaged or defective on delivery, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. Please first contact bristol.csd@wiley.com to confirm. For your protection, Wiley recommends that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless Wiley delivered the item/s to you in error or the item/s is damaged or defective. On receiving confirmation from Wiley, please package the item/s securely and send to Wiley with the delivery slip to the Returns Department at the address below:
